Information and purposes
When you contact us, we use your name, email, project details and consent record to respond, prepare a quote and, where applicable, perform the requested service. Required fields are identified; without them the form cannot be submitted. Do not provide sensitive information. We do not add inquiries to marketing lists.
Technical data and tracking
The new studio interface does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, session replay, fingerprinting or embedded third-party players. Language is determined by the URL, with English as the fallback. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses, request metadata and security logs needed to deliver and protect their services. This is distinct from advertising tracking. The studio does not install its own cookies or store visitor profiles. We do not track visits across third-party websites, whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.
Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts the website. Contact messages may be processed by Formspree and the email provider, including outside Uruguay and in the United States. The form identifies its destination before submission. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Legal basis
We process inquiries with your consent and, where applicable, to take steps you request before a contract or perform that contract. Necessary security processing serves the legitimate interest of protecting the service, subject to applicable law. Legal obligations may require retention. Consent to contact is not a waiver of privacy rights or a substitute for any legally required international-transfer safeguards.
Retention
We keep inquiry information while needed to address the request and any resulting business relationship or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize information no longer needed. Copies and technical logs held by providers follow their applicable settings and obligations; this policy does not promise immediate deletion from backups.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@natanfischer.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable objection, restriction or portability rights. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate verification of your identity. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including Uruguay’s URCDP. You may also write to the postal address above. Where Uruguayan law applies, access and rectification or deletion requests are handled within the applicable five-business-day period. Where California law applies, authorized agents may act with appropriate verification and exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination. Other statutory rights and response deadlines remain applicable. Global Privacy Control does not require an advertising opt-out here because we do not sell or share data for that purpose.
Children and changes
This professional portfolio is not directed to children. Please contact us if a child has sent personal information. Material changes will be reflected in this policy.
